Product WarrantyWe encourage you to
use your new Tri-Tronics® product with your dog. If you are not
completely satisfied you can return your remote trainer within 30 days to the place of
purchase for a refund of your purchase price. If your remote trainer was purchased
directly from Tri-Tronics® we will refund the purchase price of the product,
less shipping and handling.

The warranty covers all parts
and labor and is transferable to a new owner. The warranty does not cover physical
damage or abuse. The warranty is void if the remote trainer has been altered or if
unauthorized service has been attempted. The warranty period begins with the initial
purchase from Tri-Tronics® or an authorized dealer. Proof of purchase
may be required to obtain warranty service.
Safety Studies
Tri-Tronics backs its Remote
Trainers with scientific safety studies conducted by veterinarians and physiologists at a
major university. These scientific investigations involved parameters of electrical
stimulation that are similar to those in your remote trainer. The studies tested for
possible cardiopulmonary or epidermal effects of Tri-Tronics electrical stimulation
applied to the ventral surface of the neck of healthy dogs. These studies found no
clinically significant changes in the electrocardiograms, blood pressure, or properties of
the skin underlying the contact points.

are made from surgical stainless steel and are insulated for consistent and reliable
performance in water.
Both the transmitter and
receiver have a stimulation time-out safety feature.
Field and Pro Series
transmitters have a button guard to prevent accidental stimulation.
All Sport, Field and Pro
Series transmitters have a "no stimulation" level 0 (zero) or level N.
Modern technology that
virtually eliminates the possibility that your receiver could be set off unintentionally
by someone else.
Please note: Even though
Tri-Tronics products are safe, they are intended only for use in the training of healthy
dogs. It is always wise before any type of training to have your dog checked by a
veterinarian.
