Your satisfaction is our ultimate goal. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply complete the form below to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Your item must be returned directly to us in BC (your place of purchase) and can only be accepted within fourteen days of receipt. If a product is returned elsewhere, no refund will be issued.

Our returns procedure is now fully automated and we have made it fast, simple and straight forward for your convenience.  Please be certain to read this page carefully and complete this form fully. RMA #'s can only be issued upon receipt of this form.

RMA #'s are not available by Telephone - this form MUST be used

• Canadapets will issue a Return Authorization (RMA) within 48 hours of receipt or next business day.

• NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER - Unauthorized returns will be refused.
