get a Return Authorization (RA) number prior to returning your remote training unit for
repair. This number ensures that we have the necessary information to properly process
your repair and return it to you as quickly as possible. If you already have an RA number the address for
returning your unit for repair differs depending on the method by which you ship it to us.
